HAAS UMC-1000 with 40" x 25" x 25" work envelope. Complex aerospace components and assemblies in aluminum, stainless steel, steel, tungsten, and more.
5-Axis CNC Milling — Extended Capacity
HAAS UMC-1250/SS universal machining center with expanded work envelope and Super-Speed spindle. Larger aerospace components and assemblies with reduced cycle times across aluminum, stainless, steel, and exotic alloys.
3-Axis CNC Routing
Large-format DMS router with 147.5" x 68.5" x 14.8" work envelope. Ideal for panels, cabinetry components, honeycomb composites, and large-format parts.
CNC Turning
HAAS SL-30T lathe with ø11.3" x 26.2" capacity. High-precision turning for cylindrical components across metals and alloys.
Dual-Spindle CNC Turning
HAAS DS-30Y dual-spindle turning center with Y-axis and live tooling. Front-and-back machining with mill-turn capability in a single setup — reducing cycle time for complex turned parts.
Fiber Laser Cutting
HAAS HL50E-XT-US fiber laser cutting system for high-speed, high-accuracy sheet processing in aluminum, stainless steel, and other aerospace-grade materials.
Fabrication
Complete fabrication capability for aircraft interiors and structural components — from sheet metal and wire harnesses to full cabin monuments, seating components, and soft goods, all built in-house and ready for installation.
Sheet Metal Fabrication
Cutting, bending, punching, forming, and assembly of lightweight aerospace components engineered for structural integrity.
Cabinetry & Cabin Monuments
Precision-built cabinetry and monuments for VIP aircraft — from composite-core panel CNC cutting and joinery with veneer and hydrographics surfaces including fully integrated monument subassemblies — ready for in-hangar installation.
Wire Harness Fabrication
Complete harness build and termination. Build-to-print for customer designs or custom design-and-build for new electrical and electronic systems.
Seat Track & Divan Components
